You are invited to join us for a Hybrid Community Meeting to discuss a proposal for a new multi-family residential development at 5730 Uplander Way. The proposal consists of 329 units (~275,000 sq. ft.) in an 8-story, 85.5-ft high building, and 461 parking spaces in two subterranean parking levels, along with 80 bicycle parking spaces and other TDM measures. The existing 2-story commercial building will be demolished.
The proposal is in the early stages, and this is the first community meeting, which is being held as part of the preliminary process ahead of our submittal for Preliminary Plan Review (PPR) with the City of Culver City Current Planning Division. If the project continues to proceed through the review process, you will receive additional notice inviting you to further comment on the project prior to final action by the Planning Commission.

Preliminary plans and renderings for the proposal will be presented and available for viewing by attendees to solicit community feedback as required prior to submitting a PPR or formal application.
