Jack Walter
Managing Member, 5730 Uplander & Santa Monica Gateway
For more than forty years, Jack R. Walter has led his team in real estate development and management, including single family and multi-family residential, commercial office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. He most recently completed and brought online the Santa Monica Gateway complex, a Class A commercial development. For many years, Jack has also led his team personally and through his family foundation to support numerous organizations that directly or indirectly serve the benefit of individuals, teams and groups participating in sporting events and activities for the physically and developmentally challenged. Jack has been an instructor, guide and assistant with adaptive ski programs at Mountain High in Los Angeles County and Snowbird, Utah.
Treven Goldsmith
COO, 5730 Uplander & Santa Monica Gateway
Treven Goldsmith oversees daily operations for 5730 Uplander. Treven has several years of public accounting experience with KPMG, where he focused on real estate private equity and is an active CPA. He also serves as the Controller for a family-owned business specializing in custom commercial woodworking, millwork and design. Treven earned his Master's degree in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California. His undergraduate degrees include a BA in Psychology and BS in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business.
